Terms of Service Agreement for RubMap Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and RubMap regarding your access to and use of the rubmap.net website and associated services (collectively, "Services").

By registering an account, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

RubMap provides an online platform that facilitates community-driven reviews and connections related to adult-oriented massage and personal services. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

3. User Responsibilities

5. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems

7. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with any person or entity
8. Posting content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

Platform Content: All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RubMap or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

User Content: By posting content to the Platform, you grant RubMap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the Services.

Trademarks: "RubMap," the RubMap logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RubMap or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RubMap and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall RubMap's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding your claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RUBMAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RubMap does not warrant that: (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.

We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any content posted by users or any third party.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
